Women’s Ministry Summary:
Our “Word-filled” women’s ministry seeks to equip women to live out faith in Christ in all areas of life, particularly through fall and spring Bible studies (evening and morning options). We also offer winter and summer book studies, that typically focus on an area of discipleship. Serving together,
such as in the nursery, meals ministry, or local pregnancy care center, brings us joy! We love to spend time with each other through pop-up events, bridal and baby showers, our annual Christmas brunch and cookie exchange, game nights, retreats, and more. We hope you’ll join us!
Men’s Ministry Summary:
Men's ministry exists under the leadership of the elders of Redeemer Church. Our goal is to make
Christ-like men. We believe that men's ministry is an integral part of the Church of Jesus Christ. We
follow Colossians 1:28: “Him we proclaim, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all
wisdom, that we may present everyone mature in Christ”. We seek to glorify God by meeting
regularly and studying His Word using different mediums…. Sometimes book studies, but often
using video presentations followed by Godly discussion. We begin with prayer, thanking God, and
inviting the Holy Spirit to lead our study. We leave ample time for discussion. Matthew 18:20
declares: “For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them”. Spending time
in discussion allows us to encourage, exhort, pray for, and admonish one another, growing in unity
with each other. Our goal is to transform men by growing in our knowledge of Christ, and His grace and His power. Through this, we endeavor to strengthen the church, our marriages and families, and the community at large. We have confidence in Your word proclaimed by Jesus as He prayed to the Father: “Sanctify them in the truth; your word is truth”. John 17:17. Thursdays 7:30 - 8:30 a.m.
Youth Ministry Summary:
The Redeemer Youth Ministry leads and plans events for Preschool to High School throughout the
year. We prepare the Sunday school youth curriculum and recruit volunteers to teach. The youth
ministry also ensures we have volunteers for the Nursery. Activities include ice skating and pizza
parties, Christmas parties, beach days with s’mores, homemade crafts for Hospice patients, and
movie nights. All events planned seek to honor God first and foremost.
Adult Sunday School Ministry Summary:
Our Adult Sunday School class seeks to deepen our understanding of God through a study often led by our Pastor. Topics covered include Covenant Theology, Church History, and the Scriptures. The goal in all of this is to assist believers to “grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ” (2 Peter 3:18) and all to the glory of God!
Prayer Ministry Summary:
Our Prayer Ministry meets at noon on Thursday to praise God for His mercy and lift the needs of
God’s people before the Throne of Grace. Prayer is a vital part of our Christian walk and we find joy
in coming together to pray for each other.
